How cool are these amazing hanging fireplaces?

Who can resist the charm of an afternoon by an open fire?

I couldn't survive winter without my fireplaces.
I'm extra lucky because I have not one but two!
There's a crazy, open sandstone one in my studio office and
a glass fronted limestone clad one in my living room.
I love the atmosphere created by a wood burning fire on a chilly day.
There's a subtle, smokiness in the air
and the heat is gentle and radiant.
I just love the old fashioned charm of stacking firewood,
collecting kindling and lighting a fire.

Loving those clever log holders!

Nothing beats a blazing fire on a blustery day.
I love watching the flames dance and hear the logs crackle.
I think watching a fire can be really mesmerising and relaxing.
All I need to complete the picture is a cup of hot chocolate with toasted marshmallows!
