My Blueberry Muffins

Nothing beats the smell of freshly baked muffins!

It's a lazy Sunday morning with not much going on.
The sun is streaming in the kitchen windows inviting me in to spend a little time baking.
Blueberry muffins could be the go and
I think I will get them finished in time to have with our morning cup of coffee!

Lemon Meringue Tartlettes

These sweet little treats are perfect for afternoon tea.

These mini lemon meringues may be a bit fiddly to make
but there are well worth the effort ... just ask my visitors!
They are sweet, tangy and totally indulgent.
They are also so tiny that you can even squeeze in a second one!!
